Less than 2 minutes after my last post our doula came over to report that Shannon has now progressed to 7 cm dilation (YAY!) AND the doc had just “helped the water break” along, thereby “flooding us” with good feelings.

Sorry about the pun…that’s one of many excellent reasons why we men are sent out to boil water…
